Special Deliveries can be
as high as $25.00 - Guaranteed Time At
Location, (dinner table at 7:15pm for
instance)

Of Town Orders Or Orders For National
Delivery
If your order is out of
the area, most flower shops, including
our own charge a convenience or handling
fee. Often times this expense is referred
to as a "wire service transfer fee".
When Ordering on line or
by phone, watch out for these often times
hidden fees running as high as $11.95.

by a Local Florist, either in the Twin

or In Person at our Minneapolis location
the fee is $9.95 For National Deliveries.
For Minneapolis Deliveries,
the fee is waived and our delivery charge
is added, $7.95 to most of the metro area.

our direct ship catalogs include shipping.

in US and Canada
Guidelines In the US
Most florists deliver plants
and floral arrangements daily Same-Day
and Next-Day
Same-day delivery is generally
available Monday through Saturday on orders
received before 11:00 am in the recipient's
time zone (excluding holidays and peak
floral delivery periods.)
Otherwise, next-day delivery
is the norm.
Peak
Floral Delivery Periods
IMPORTANT -- At peak floral
delivery periods, such as Valentine's
and Mother's Day, please order at least
three to five days in advance to ensure
timely delivery.
Sundays and Legal Holidays
Delivery service is typically is not available.
While every effort will
be made to accommodate such deliveries
when possible, items requested for delivery
on a Sunday or legal holiday may be delivered
the day before or day after the date requested,
if necessary.
Requests for A.M. or P.M.
delivery on orders received at least 24
hours in advance (excluding peak floral
delivery periods), we will be happy to
honor requests whenever possible for AM
delivery, PM delivery, or delivery by
a specific afternoon time (e.g., by 4:00
p.m.)
Please note, however, that
in some cases the time of delivery is
beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
Make sure to get a commitment from your
floral representative.
